Established in 1989, Kate Negus has been at the forefront of British handcrafted bridlework. We are one of the few bridlework companies to be solely made in England, using the finest quality full grain English leather. Our workshop is based in Walsall, Birmingham where our master craftspeople cut and handstitch each component. Every Kate Negus product is designed with the comfort of the horse as paramount consideration.

More recently, we’ve expanded our offering with a collection of beautifully crafted leather handbags. Inspired by timeless English country style and made exclusively from ethically sourced materials, each piece is handcrafted in Somerset.

While our business is now primarily online, we continue to exhibit at selected trade shows throughout the year. We also offer a personalised bridle fitting service when purchasing a bespoke bridle (T&Cs apply).
